We do not admit reservations with more than 2 months in advance.

O U R P O L I C Y F O R R E S E R V A T I O N

- At the moment of your application, we will ask for the 30% of the total amount for the requested period, in concept of advance payment.

The use of advance payment protects your interests and ours

- The advance payment must be transfered to our account, for that purpose we will inform you as follows:

1) Our bank account details

- On receipt of the advance payment, Fuente del Val, will confirm to you the reservation.

If, for any reason, you will be forced to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible:

Cancelation with more than 15 days notice: we will return to you the total amount of the advance payment (less bank transfer expenses)

Cancelation within 15 and 7 days notice: we will return to you the 50% of the advance payment (less bank transfer expenses)

Cancelation with less than 7 days notice : the advance payment will not be returned.

The advance payment will be deducted from your final invoice at the time of check out.

The room hire is counted by nights, the customer must arrive by 20:00 hours the first day (or advise the time of arrival) and they must leave the room before 12:00 hours the last day.

The rooms have been designed for two adult persons, maximun. But children may be accomodated in an extra bed, or baby bed, depending of age, with an additional cost per day.
